 The Birds Currently in my home: Cockatiels: Tweety, Unix, and Ash Indian Ringneck Parrot/Parakeet: Princess Buttercup Lady Gouldian Finches: Ruby (Lúthien Tinúviel), Lil Red, Houdini,O'Neill (SD1), and Teal'c (SD2) Princess Buttercup She really hates the phone!  She likes to hide under things...  In fact she is really good at it!! She thinks that hiding in the shredded paper is possible  Princess Buttercup being a love 
  Tweety Bird The old man. He turns 20 in June 2008!  He is the official guard bird. Yes, I really was asleep!

Here are Beren and Luthian... They are Gouldian Finches. May they both rest in peace.  Unfortunately, Luthian died in July of 2005 to an unknown cause. May she rest in peace. Beren died in late 2006 to infection. The vet could do nothing for him. May they both fly free over the Rainbow Bridge. Ruby ( Lúthien Tinúviel) The proud mommy of my first clutch.   The chicks There were 5 in this clutch, I kept two.   This is Houdini, my escape bird. She was the first to fledge. She grew up to be a normal BH/GB/PB Gouldian. Her mate will be the OH/PB/PB male below.  The new boys!!! O'Neill(SD1) and Teal'c (SD2).  
Baby Bird She currently has a loving home with an elderly couple. Baby bird is the one and only chick from Ash and Unix. Baby was severely plucked at week three. For her health and saftey, she had to be seperated from Unix. She was co-fed by me and weaned by Ash, her daddy. He took really good care of her.
